When you get in touch with us through this website, you share some personal information with us. We use it only to respond to you. We don't sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or do anything with it you wouldn't expect.
What we collect and why
When you fill in the contact form or the Immersive enquiry form on this site, we collect the information you provide - which may include your name, email address, phone number, and details about your role or organisation, as well as what you write to us.
We collect this so we can read your message and respond to it personally. That's it.
We do not collect any sensitive personal information, and we do not use your information to send marketing communications unless you've specifically asked us to stay in touch.
How your information is stored
This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare's infrastructure. Form submissions are sent using Resend, a third-party email delivery service, and received by Drew and Simon directly. Resend processes your information only to transmit your message and does not retain or use it for any other purpose. You can read Resend's privacy policy at resend.com.
Your information is not stored in any third-party CRM or marketing platform.
This site runs no tracking or analytics scripts, and sets no cookies for advertising, analytics or profiling. We do not measure your visit, build a profile of you, or follow you to other websites. Cloudflare keeps standard server records of requests, as any web host does, which we do not use to identify anyone.
The two enquiry forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form is being submitted by a person rather than an automated script. To do this it reads technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser version. Cloudflare states that it cannot identify individuals from these signals and uses them only for this security check. Turnstile runs on the two form pages only. Who sees your information
Your enquiry is read by Drew and Simon. No one else has access to it unless we are legally required to share it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it is relevant to our ongoing conversation with you.
